Water Gem Lvl 1 is the level 1 tier of the Water gem line. Upgrading to level 2 through Flow's Gem Upgrade menu multiplies the effect further.
Equip through the Gem accessory placement. Gems stack with biome luck and potion buffs - the fastest pulls on rare water-element auras come from stacking the gem, the matching biome and a Divine Potion together.
