How to unlock this trait
Traits reroll from Flow's Trait Menu using **Shard** currency. Each roll costs 1 Shard and takes 2.5 seconds to resolve. The pool contains every trait weighted by rarity - Common traits drop most often, Legendary rarely.
Infernal Ascension is Rare-tier, so it sits in the mid-hit probability bracket. Farm Shard through Story Mode stage rewards and Battlepass quests before opening a long reroll session.
Once rolled, Infernal Ascension activates automatically when you enter the Inferno biome. There is no equip step - the trait is either in your loadout or it isn't.
